Mawahib Adams is an innovation manager with a strong background in strategy, operations, and program management.

She holds an MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currencies, and an MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship in view. With this mix of academic depth and hands-on experience, she has built a career around translating complex ideas into practical, well-structured systems, particularly within the blockchain and Web3 space.

Currently serving as the Head of Operations at MOBI Automation, a web3 software development company headquartered in the UAE, Mawahib oversees cross-functional teams that are building innovative blockchain solutions, helping to shape how these technologies are developed and delivered.

Beyond her work at MOBI, Mawahib is the co-founder of Nigeria Women Bitcoiners, a fast-growing community focused on Bitcoin education and financial inclusion for women in Nigeria. The initiative has grown to hundreds of members and recently celebrated its first graduating cohort, women who now have practical digital-finance skills, stronger financial confidence, and access to a startup grant prize.

In addition, Mawahib leads several impactful blockchain projects, including building BlockchaindeskHQ, a growing blockchain media company providing industry news and insights on Web3 and blockchain advancements across Africa and the globe.
