Mawahib Adams is a seasoned leader, project manager, and blockchain enthusiast with a robust background in operations management, cryptocurrency markets, and Web3 software engineering. Having over five years of hands-on experience in cryptocurrency trading and investment, she has cultivated deep expertise in the evolving crypto space.

Currently serving as the Head of Operations at MOBI Automation, a software development firm headquartered in the UAE with operations in Lagos, Nigeria, Mawahib oversees cross-functional teams that drive innovation in blockchain technology and Web3 solutions.

Mawahib is also a founding member of Nigeria Women Bitcoiners, an initiative championing Bitcoin-based financial literacy and advocacy for women across Nigeria. This community has rapidly grown to over a thousand members and is preparing to graduate its first cohort, empowering women with essential digital finance skills and knowledge.

In addition, Mawahib leads several impactful blockchain projects, including BlockchainDeskAfrica, a dedicated platform providing industry news and insights on Web3 and blockchain advancements across Africa.
